Tuition & Housing Payments and Reservations can be made online by clicking here.

Please note that all tuition and housing reservations & payments must be received by May 1, 2012.

If you have special needs or need prorated housing, please contact Zachariah Stoughton for information.

Double and Single rooms will be available in Waits dormitory. Pricing is available below.

The Rockley Family Foundation has graciously provided many grand pianos for use during PianoTexas. A limited number are available for use inside dorm rooms for an additional fee of $400. To request a piano, please indicate so on the Tuition & Housing Reservation and Payment form available above.

In order to help you in making your flight and travel arrangements, please note the following arrival and departure date information:

Arrival Information:

Young Artists

You must check-in to PianoTexas between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, June 7, 2012 in the main lobby of Ed Landreth Hall. Those staying in Waits dormitory may check into their room immediately thereafter.

Required Orientation Session will begin at 5pm.

Teachers and Amateurs

Session I:

You must check-in to PianoTexas between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the main lobby of Ed Landreth Hall. Those staying in Waits dormitory may check into their room immediately thereafter.

Required Orientation Session will begin at 5pm.

Session II:

You must check-in to PianoTexas between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, June 21, 2012 in the main lobby of Ed Landreth Hall. Those staying in Waits dormitory may check into their room immediately thereafter.

Required Orientation Session will begin at 5pm.

Departure Information:

Young Artists

Young Artists must check out of Waits dormitory and return all keys to the PianoTexas Office before 1pm on
Monday, July 2, 2012.

Teachers and Amateurs

Session I participants must check out of Waits dormitory and return all keys to the PianoTexas Office before 1pm on
Monday, June 25, 2012.

Session II participants must check out of Waits dormitory and return all keys to the PianoTexas Office before 1pm on
Monday, July 2, 2012.

Housing:

While various hotels are available at a reasonable distance from the TCU campus, we highly recommend staying in the Waits dormitory, conveniently located within a few steps of the TCU music facilities. Reservation form will be made available online around April 16. The following are the pricing options:

Young Artists Must check in between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, June 7 and check out before 1pm on Monday, July 2.
