Amateurs Program Application
Session One: June 14 - June 24, 2012
Session Two: June 21 - July 1, 2012
Application Deadlines:
- Performers: February 22, 2012, online and postmarked (worldwide)
- Active and General Observers: April 25, 2012 – online and postmarked (worldwide)
- All tuition and accommodation payments must be completed by May 1, 2012

All applications forms are to be completed online.
All supporting materials not submitted online must be sent (postmarked by February 22, 2012) to one of the following addresses:

Performers:
- Complete application form (online) - Click Here for Application
- Pay a nonrefundable $80 application fee (online or send by mail)
- Submit Good quality recording of one or more pieces of contrasting style (solo and/or concerto.)
- Portions of works may be used, e.g. one movement of a sonata.
- The most preferred form of recording is DVD, otherwise, a CD is also acceptable.
- Your disc must be in its own jewel case or protective sleeve.
- Please do not send the original copy. PianoTexas is not responsible for returning any recording.
- PianoTexas no longer accepts cassettes or videotapes for audition recordings.
- Repertoire you wish to play in the master class (both solo and concerto works are acceptable). In 2012 PianoTexas is focusing on the music of Franz Schubert – we encourage you to consider playing from his extensive piano repertoire. Please list two works in your preferred order for your master class.

Chamber Music – if you wish to participate, please list your selection for the chamber music session – list of chamber music works
- Provide a high resolution publicity photo suitable for printing - jpg, eps, tiff or psd (at a resolution of at least 300 dpi). The best way to send this is through email to Zachariah Stoughton
- Brief Biography or Hobbies - your words will be published on our website so it should be presented in a clear, understandable format.

- For those applying as Active Observers, please include a repertoire list of pieces you have been studying during the past two years.
