Alicia Choi is a violinist who is an avid chamber musician. Her chamber music coaches include James Dunham, Ronald Feldman, Renée Jolles, Joanna Kurkowicz, Robert Mann, Constance Moore, Nathaniel Parke, and Sylvia Rosenberg. She has also performed in various chamber music masterclasses, including those of Philip Setzer and members of the Borromeo,

Daedalus, Miró and St. Lawrence Quartets.

Alicia also has cultivated varied interests at Williams College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Chinese and Music with highest honors in 2005. Upon graduation, she was awarded the

Arthur Judson Prize in Music.

In the fall of 2009, Alicia received the C.V. Starr Scholarship to attend the Juilliard School, where she will be a second-year Master of Music student of Robert Mann and Nicholas Mann. She currently uses a bow made by F. Daguin of Mirecourt, France, which was awarded to her by the Virtu Foundation in 2009.

Violinist, Benjamin Thacher has performed an extensive amount of solo, chamber, and   orchestral music. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he now resides in   the San Francisco Bay Area where he studies at the San Francisco   Conservatory of Music studying in the Artist Chamber Diploma with Ian   Swensen.  In 2009, he graduated from the New England Conservatory of   Music as a student of Donald Weilerstein and James Buswell. Benjamin  served in the New England Conservatory's honors string quartet in  2008, and 2009.  He has participated in festivals which have included  the Perlman Music Program,  and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.  As a soloist, he has appeared with the Cape Symphony, Nashua Symphony, MetroWest Symphony, and Dorchester Symphony. He performed on national radio for the show "From the Top" in 2005.  Recognized as a teacher, he has given master-classes and has judged string competitions in the New England area.  He served as conductor of the  Nashoba Youth Orchestra from 2007-2009,  and was artistic director of the "Young Artist Chamber Program" in Westford, Ma.

Suzy EunWon Lee was born in 1984 in Seoul, South Korea.  She moved  to the U.S. at the age of 14 to continue her musical education and first started performing as a member of the Bergen (NJ) Youth Orchestra, and principal violist of the Amadeus Youth Orchestra.  She was also former principal violist of the Good Neighbor's Ensemble, which performed at homes for elders and handicapped people in New Jersey.  She was also a member of the Vivaldi Youth Ensemble, a conductorless string orchestra which performed in New York (including Carnegie Hall).  As a chamber

musician and member of the Juilliard Orchestra she has performed in

the Merkin Hall, Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall and the Peter Jay Sharp Theater.  Suzy's chamber music coaches include Jonathan Feldman, Joseph Kalichstein, Margo Garett, Toby Appel, Audrey Axin, Earl Carlyss, Jon Manasse, and Curtis Macomber.  She has studied with Kenji Bunch at Juilliard Pre-College and holds a Bachelors of Music degree from the Juilliard School. She is currently taking her second year Master's program with Toby Appel.  She won first prize in the Korea Philharmonic String Competition, third prize in the Classic Korea String Competition, and has given solo recitals in Seoul and New York.

Robert Mayes is a recent graduate of the Juilliard School, where he received his Master of   Music under the tutelage of David Soyer and Fred Sherry. At Juilliard,
  he was the recipient of the E. & W. Naumburg Scholarship and the
  Irene Diamond Graduate Fellowship. He is currently pursuing his   Doctorate's degree at Boston University. Mr. Mayes is an avid chamber   musician and has been coached by renowned artists Itzhak Perlman,   Yo-Yo Ma, and Leon Fleisher. Recently, Robert has appeared at Lincoln   Center, Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall, and Merkin Hall. He has   attended the Professional training Chamber music workshop at Carnegie Hall, and the Perlman Music Program. This summer Mr. Mayes will serve as André Emelianoff's teaching assistant at the Bowdoin International Music Festival.
