2009 Tuition & Housing

Tuition & Housing Payment and Reservations are now being accepted online. Please note that all tuition and housing reservations & payments must be made by April 19, 2009.

In order to help you in making your flight and travel arrangements, please note the following arrival and departure date information:

Young Artists Performer Participants & Complete Observers Program Participants may begin arriving at 1:00 p.m. on May 15. All Young Artist & Complete Observers Participants must arrive by 5:00 p.m. on May 15. Please avoid late night arrivals (after 11:00 p.m.) on May 15.

All Young Artist & Complete Observers Participants must depart by 10:00 a.m. on June 8. You will not be permitted to stay in your dorm room past 10:00 a.m. on June 8.

Teachers & Amateurs Performer Participants & Observers Program I Participants may begin arriving at 1:00 p.m. on May 17. All Teachers & Amateurs & Observers Program I Participants must arrive by 5:00 p.m. on May 17. Please avoid late night arrivals (after 11:00 p.m.) on May 17.

All Teachers & Amateurs & Observers Program I Participants must depart by 1:00 p.m. on May 28. You will not be permitted to stay in your dorm room past 1:00 p.m. on May 28.

Observers Program II Participants may begin arriving at 1:00 p.m. on May 27. All Observers Program II Participants must arrive by 5:00 p.m. on May 27. Please avoid late night arrivals (after 11:00 p.m.) on May 27.

All Observers Program II Participants must depart by 10:00 a.m. on June 8. You will not be permitted to stay in your dorm room past 10:00 a.m. on June 8.
